OgFOMK ArTS published this in Richmond, Virginia in 1991. It was 16 pages.  We actually paid someone to print this.  This was unusual as we normally found the keys to some place that had a Xerox machine and we brought the paper but not much else.  The place where this was printed introduced us to half-tone which made our photos copiable but not really. We dreamt of digital publishing because we knew there was power there.
